Welcome to New Student & Kindergarten Registration

Registration for the 2021-2022 school year will not open until February 1, 2021. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out via phone or email with any questions you may have.

Below you will find all of the information and the 4 steps necessary to register your Student for the 2020-2021 School Year. 

Mary F. Janvier School - Kindergarten through 2nd grade (and Preschool Disabilities Program)
Main Road School - 3rd and 4th grade
Caroline L. Reutter School: 5th and 6th grade

Step by Step Guide for the Full Registration Process:

Step 1: 

Complete the online student pre-registration via the link here.

  • Please be sure to answer all preliminary questions and click “submit” when you have completed everything. 
Step 2:  Print out and complete all of the district forms (listed below) required for registration. 
  • If you are unable to print these forms, a copy may be picked-up at the Administration Office Building, please just call ahead. (856)-629-9500 Ext. 1200

Additional Health Forms if Applicable
Step 3: Gather personal documents needed (listed below)
  • If you need to keep original copies of these personal documents, copies can be made for you at the Administrative Office Building. 
Required Personal Documents:
  • Birth Certificate (copy is acceptable)

  • Photo ID or copy Driver License for Parent/Guardian (optional)

  • Proof of Custody (if applicable)

    • Legal documents for divorce, separation, or guardianship.
  • Proof of Residency

    • Proof of Residency 1: This proof of residency needs to tie yourself or spouse to being the renter or owner of the home in which you reside in with your Student. Examples include, property tax bill; deed; contract of sale; settlement papers; lease; signed letter from the landlords

    • Proof of Residency 2: a current utility bill; or other evidence of personal attachment to the residence.

    • If you and your Student are residing with another family, provide the homeowner’s Proof of Residency 1 and Proof of Residency 2. The homeowner must also complete the “Statement of Residency Verification Form” with their name listed at the top of the form and the names of the people living with them in the middle of the form.

  • IEP (if an IEP is already established - provide a copy)

  • 504 Plan (if a 504 plan is already established - provide a copy)
  • Transfer Card (if transferring from another school district - provide a copy)
Step 4: 

Email, Drop-Off, or Mail ALL registration district forms and personal forms.

If you are dropping off documents before or after business hours (8:00am to 4:00pm) you are more than welcome to leave them in our locked drop-box located directly next to our front doors at the Administration Building.
